1 Definitions
By licensed is meant the access to CCI for which Licensee has been licensed by the licensor.
CCI means classification tables developed by cuneco.
Licensor is in relation to this agreement the user of the content.
2 Scope of the License
Upon receipt of these license terms, Licensee obtains a time-limited, non-transferable and non-exclusive right to use the licensed, as well as subsequent updates in accordance with these license terms.
3 Updates
Licensor continuously updates the licensed.
4 Copying
Licensee may use the licensed for searching, printing and electronic copying for its own IT systems in connection with the usual use of the licensed. No other copying is permitted without the written permission of Licensor.
5 Liability and compensation
The licensed is licensed as is, without any warranty whatsoever. Licensor will endeavor to rectify content errors and inconveniences on an ongoing basis. Licensor is not liable to Licensee for indirect damage or consequential damages in connection with the use of the licensed.
6 Cancellation and termination
The license is valid until one of the parties terminates the agreement. In the event of Licensee's failure to comply with the license conditions, Licensor is entitled to cancel the license without notice and to immediate termination.
